We are responsible for managing Information, Advice and Guidance services, under the nextstep brand, on behalf of the Northamptonshire Learning and Skills Council.

nextstep is integral to the Government’s vision of transforming the country into a learning society. nextstep enables people across Northamptonshire to access the information, advice and guidance they need to make an informed choice about how, when and where they can access education and training.

Using strong local networks and working closely with the Northamptonshire Learning and Skills Council, we ensures that anyone over the age of 20 is able to access free information on learning and work opportunities. Our vision in Northampton is to work with the LSC and other local partners to provide equality of access to information, advice and guidance services to every member of the community; ensuring consistency and clarity while working to encourage and inspire people to learn and progress.
