Market-leading results

We are the UK's largest provider under the New Deal brand, which is the UK's programme to assist unemployed people back into sustainable employment. In the UK alone, we deliver employment training to over 60,000 people every year. Last year we helped 11,000 unemployed people get a new job. Every twelve minutes of every working day we help someone find a job.

The vast majority of the people we have helped are from the hardest to reach groups, such as the long-term unemployed, people receiving incapacity benefits, black and ethnic minority groups and the over 50s. We think our results speak for themselves.
