A4e believes strongly in providing local solutions and has a policy of recruiting staff from within the geographical area it is working in; similarly our policy is to work closely with local delivery organisations. We have found that this approach has been successful, as it improves our understanding of the local issues that people face and also helps to improve and develop local services. We are committed to building strong local networks in the areas that we work.
