A4e delivers a non-mandatory employment programme in Paris from offices in Creteil and Choisy-le-Roi. This two year programme began in January 2007 and will see A4e work with thousands of unemployed people from across the French capital.
A4e's expertise lies in importing its experience and know-how into new areas while ensuring that it develops a programme of support that will benefit that particular community. In order to achieve this, A4e has built strong relationships with local stakeholders, community groups and employers to developed a delivery approach that will deliver real results for the people of Paris.
A4e has brought a fresh approach to training unemployed people and has found that its ethos of improving people's lives has translated particularly well, enabling hundreds of people to successfully return to work. A4e is committed to developing its range and scope of products and services in France to enable more people to return to work and improve their skills.
