A4e alongside its delivery partner Aman, created Amin when it was awarded the contract to deliver the Mehalev welfare to work programme in Jerusalem in 2005. Amin is based in Jerusalem and delivers an inclusive, community based service that enables the people of Jerusalem to return to work. To date the programme has helped in excess of 3,000 people find employment.
A4e's expertise lies in importing its experience and know-how into new areas while ensuring that it develops a programme of support that will benefit that particular community. In order to achieve this, A4e has built strong relationships with local stakeholders, community groups and employers from across all backgrounds in Jerusalem to develop a delivery approach that will deliver real results for all people in Jerusalem.
