Train to Gain is a staff training programme that is available to both small and large employers, enabling them to access training at all levels. There are numerous training options available ranging from those that address numeracy and literacy skills, up to advanced business skills training courses. All courses enable your employees to learn at work - it is a true on-the-job training programme.

As Lead Partner of the A4e Consortium, A4e enables businesses to identify their training requirements and then introduces them to high quality, quality assured training programmes. Businesses are able to access a free Organisation Needs Analysis to ensure that the right training courses are identified for each individual business. In addition, businesses with fifty employees or fewer may be able to access a 'contribution to wage costs' to cover the cost of their employees being away from their workplace during training.
