Direct Payment for Social Care South Gloucestershire

A4e is delighted to be working with South Gloucestershire Council on the Direct Payment support service. We will begin delivering the service on October 1st and our Head of Independent Living, Steve Hart, will provide an update in August about the progress we're making getting the service up and running. In the meantime, here is some information that will help you to understand how the Direct Payment support service works.

Direct Payment for Social Care gives people greater control over the way they live your life; it means that they can decide on how they receive their social care. After we’ve established our customer's level of need we help them to take responsibility for managing their money. People are able to  manage your own care while we support them every step of the way.

You can learn all about how Direct Payment for Social Care works by downloading our ‘Quick guide’.
