A4e New Deal Mentoring

Have you ever wanted to do something rewarding? Well now you can!

Our A4e New Deal Mentoring scheme enables you to become a volunteer and really make the difference for unemployed people all around London. As an A4e Mentor you have the freedom of mentoring on a one-to-one basis at one of our dedicated centres, in a location that's convenient for you. 

You can help your mentees overcome their barriers and help them change their lives forever by helping them back into employment. 

We work with people who may have been unemployed for some time or may never have had a job. They will come from different backgrounds, have different aspirations and deserve an individual approach to help them fulfil their potential. We believe that A4e Mentors provide this and we are keen to attract Mentors from different backgrounds, with different experiences to enable us to help as many unemployed people as possible.
